Stayed here last week as had to be in London for surgery, immediately upon checkin the hotel was a mess with construction, the hot breakfast was a grab bag, no phones in rooms, tv’s glitch but the topper, found the toilet full of shi… DONT STAY HERE!

Stayed 2 nights, Dec 30-Jan 012024. The hotel has been renovated and the rooms are very modern. I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the room, and pleased with the overall cleanliness of the hotel. Our room was perfect for what we needed. Even though renovations are currently underway, it did not hinder any of the amenities we needed. Will definitely consider staying at this hotel again in the future. All staff were very professional and personable.

The hotel is under renovation so there were no phones and supposedly a grab and go breakfast option. The bed was comfortable the pillows were a bit too full for my liking. Our "neighbor" decided to have loud conversations at 1:30 a.m. - to the credit of the staff - they notified the person who was not cooperative. After another 30 minutes and a 2nd call the staff did reassign our room (there were no other king beds - but at that point I didn't care as long as it was away from the "neighbor". The desk person in the morning didn't know the details and refunded a portion of our cost based on the problems we had. So the staff is responsive. Kudos to them! The remodel didn't seem to be complete as some switches that should have been bathroom vents and one of the 2 lights did nothing. The power outlets were still holding multi plug adapters. The biggest issue with the design is that they are taking out carpet and fabrics which help with noise abatement... Toilet seats were not secured properly either. Whether someone will go through for a final inspection ??

Very pleasant experience. Front desk staff Robert was very friendly and accommodating. Newly renovated rooms were spacious, well lit, filled with outlets/ usb ports and comfortable. Will be returning!

For the price it's not bad. Good location. Rooms smell and are outdated but they're nice and spacious. Front desk staff could use some sensitivity training, misgendering people especially as you hold their ID (name and gender on that ID) isn't cool.
